Here we will have a short video, maybe a man with a beard, looking remarkably like Shane, talking about what we do, why it is different and why it is for you now: Intro/Proof: Over the years, we have seen customers treated like mushrooms, kept in the dark and covered in .... mould! Shane doesn't like mushrooms; instead, he is someone you will trust, he will prove his reliability, and he will be there if and when something crops up after the job has been done!

A Blueflame qualification for oil heating systems, takes a 5-day Oil Course at a registered training provider.
This demonstrates Shane's proficiency in oil boiler servicing, installation, and commissioning to a higher standard of efficiency and lower emissions, and a Blueflame Certificate.

Shane likes to install and replace Boilers. That is what he charges for. He is not going to rush in and find the cheapest, quickest route out; he is going to look, listen, and tell stories of what he has seen and what is likely to happen with certain suggested approaches. He has seen great work by other plumbers and companies; he has also seen poor installations, service and attitude.
You may not like him, but he will be honest; you may not like that. He will tell you what Regulated Gas Installers have to do by law, what was done before, what has changed, why and what it will cost. He may be the cheapest, more likely, there will be cheaper. He may appear expensive, but what are you getting?
If you tried to get a reliable, trustworthy boiler installation in the past and what you got was grief, expense and a dodgy heating system, it was not your fault! If you suspected they hadn't a clue or weren't interested in you, you were probably right! If you hate the talking heads, telling you what you need to do, but haven't made a difference in the past, so do we!

Shane Kelly, born and bred in South County Dublin, I spend just about every day working in Dublin and places off the M50. But my home with my wife and children is now in County Monaghan!
Your Story: Growing up, I was always told, "get a trade, you will never be out of work", and that has been true, but I have had to do many jobs I could do without and employers I was sick and tired of working for! So I went out on my own as AJS Plumbing. Now, after a personal and work refresh, I have launched the Flow Heat brand to focus on heating system installation. Initially, this will involve gas boiler installation and replacement. But I will be expanding initially into domestic Oil boilers. But the future, our future, is in renewables, and I will be bringing that to an ever-maturing market in the coming years as I expand my skills, products and services. For now, please support me and my family business as we commit to doing the right job for you and your family.
PS, I don't like my picture, hearing my voice in videos, and I don't like mushrooms.

The Old Way you have been used to is a sharp intake of breath, the tut tut, "who installed that for you?" The "its going to be a big job".
The New Way you will experience, are you ready for the honesty, the humour?
The Old Result, what used to happen, was that the plumber left site, with yout money and you felt a bit unsure and the problem didn't seem to have gone away.
The New Result, well, that is what you will experience! There are rules about what has to be done when a gas boiler is replaced or a new one is installed.
If you fear that Shane is just another Plumber, the same as all the rest, then I want to put those fears to rest.

Most people I price for servicing argue it's too dear because they see it available for 70-80 quid. To do a proper service that is not worth my while! Another reason is the grief, when you open a boiler that has been serviced by someone who has taken a shortcut, and you tell people it needs this and that, they argue because they think a service is a guarantee that nothing will ever go wrong. So they start saying that you are chancing your arm! And then if parts can't be got for it .....

Heating system has not been used in two years, no hot water.
A working, economical heating system; replaced the boiler, replaced the dodgy timer unit and servo setting heating zones. Replaced the system for refilling the system and put a pressure gauge there, in the hot press, to make it easier to get the pressure right. Replaced two rusting radiators that may not have taken the pressure of the working heating system.
How long did it take? Working in a old house with tight corners it took a few days to get it right.
